[MBDyn-users] How to print the dof statistics to a file

Dear Mr. Masarati,

I have written a patch that enhances the output of dof statistics. With this patch you can write for example

print: all, to file;

inside the control data section.

In this case the dof statistics is written to the file <input_file>.dof instead to the standard output.

I hope you can apply this patch to the head code.
